Packages:

$165, for up to 6 painters (pottery included)
Pottery options are smaller in size. You’ll be choosing from little figurines, a 10oz mug, or a dessert plate, for example.
Perfect for little hands or quicker painting sessions.
$15 for each additional painter after the first 6

Pottery options are slightly larger. You’ll be choosing from larger figurines, boxes, 16oz mugs, salad plates, for example.
Perfect for teens, adults, or longer painting sessions.

Rent our party room for you or your child’s birthday! Our package includes everything you need to host a party in our store. We even help cover the plates and cutlery for any cakes or sweets, and of course the pottery as well.

Please note: Parties whose guests average under the age of 7 tend to go a little quicker, as they don’t take as long painting. These parties can typically get everything done in about an hour and a half!
For parties who average above the age of 7 years old, 2 hours is typically enough time to paint, open presents, and eat any food you want to bring.
When your group completes their painting, we will then fire all of the pieces AND wrap them in labeled individual bags for your guests! (We do ask that the host collects all pieces at once and distributes separately from Hands to Art.)
Private event details / requirements:
After hours parties start 30 minutes after we close to the public, so we have enough time to cleanup from the day and set up for your group
Must have a minimum of 10 ACTIVE PAINTERS (guests not painting do not count)
If there are less than 10 painters, there is a fee of $20 per person less than 10
Pay the after hours fee when booking the party (the after hours fee is only 50% refundable until 48 before the event, after that it is non refundable)
We can accommodate up to 30 painters, and we also have a party room where you are more than welcome to setup food/ drinks
We do ask that if you bring food/ drinks or decor you help our staff clean up at the end of the party
After Hours Parties or Group Hosting: Private PYOP Event
$50/hour | plus the cost of pottery
Want to come hang at Hands to Art after hours with your group? Whether you’re celebrating something fun with friends or just want quality time, rent our space for your very own private painting event! We have done birthdays, team building, work parties, baby showers, wedding showers, family gatherings, church groups, as well as moms’ nights out!
Party Room Reservations
$40 / Hour up to 2 hours | plus the cost of pottery
If you have a smaller group of painters, 10 or less, a party room reservation might be perfect for you! Reserve your 2 hour time slot in our party room on a weekend (Friday- Sunday) for your next get together, whether its a birthday, family night or a friend hangout sesh, the party room offers a little more space to spread out, as well as a counter to display food or drinks you Bring in to share while you paint.
With the party in a box you get more color options to take home, as well as a detail bottle, which we don't normally let people take outside the studio!
You can check out the box to have access to all our paint supplies for MUCH cheaper than you would find in store.
With 23, 8oz bottles, that’s a total of 184 oz of glaze paint! You can paint SOOO much pottery with just one box, so this is also a great option for people working on larger projects, or people with multiple projects to complete, or lots of painters joining in on the fun!
Party in a Box
$25 Rental fee| For the paints/ supply box, pottery sold separately
Party Box must be returned within 3 business days
The party box is great for anyone wanting to do an at home painting party! You’ll receive a box you can take home and paint, and bring everything back to us for firing.
Whether you have 5 painters or 25+ painters the party in a box is a great option for groups who don’t need to utilize our actual studio.
The Party in a Box includes:
23- 8oz bottles of glaze paint colors
1 - black detail bottle, for fine lines, details, and writing (the party box is the only time we will checkout a detail bottle)
1 large cup full of a variety of brushes
Paper plates to put the paints on
Napkins
Q-tips, toothpicks
Extra pins for the detail bottle
Several water cups / bowls
Instructions for anyone who has never done pottery painting, or anyone who needs some reminders
A painted sample tile with all the colors to show what they will look like when fired
